Welcome to Advanced Quality Roofing LLC.

By requesting services, approving an estimate or proposal, scheduling work, or otherwise engaging Advanced Quality Roofing LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Estimates and Proposals

Estimates and proposals are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

​

Pricing includes the labor and materials necessary to complete the specific scope of work listed in the approved proposal. Additional charges may apply if additional work or materials are requested or approved by the customer, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered after work begins.

​

Material pricing and availability may change due to market conditions. Any significant changes affecting the approved scope or price will be communicated before additional work proceeds.

Existing and Concealed Conditions

Roofing systems may contain concealed damage that cannot be identified until materials are removed. Advanced Quality Roofing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, or deterioration outside the approved scope of work.

​

For repair projects, warranties and responsibility apply only to the specific areas repaired or replaced by Advanced Quality Roofing LLC. Surrounding existing roofing materials and areas outside the approved scope are not guaranteed.

Scheduling

Scheduling may be affected by weather, material availability, jobsite conditions, permitting, inspections, or other circumstances outside our control. Customers will be notified of significant scheduling changes when possible.

​

Property Access and Preparation

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and for notifying Advanced Quality Roofing LLC of locked gates, pets, hazards, restricted areas, or other access concerns.

Roofing work can create heavy vibration. Customers should remove or secure fragile items, wall décor, valuables, and other belongings that may be affected before work begins.

Advanced Quality Roofing LLC is not responsible for damage to unsecured items caused by normal roofing-related vibration.

​

Debris and Cleanup

Job-related roofing debris will be removed and the work area will be reasonably cleaned upon completion. Minor dust, granules, or debris associated with roofing work may remain despite normal cleanup procedures.

​

Solar Panels, Satellite Dishes, and Rooftop Equipment

​

Unless specifically included in the proposal, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the removal and reinstallation of solar panels, satellite dishes, antennas, or other rooftop equipment when necessary to complete roofing work.

​

Advanced Quality Roofing LLC is not responsible for damage to or operation of equipment removed, reinstalled, adjusted, or serviced by third parties.

​

Warranties

Any workmanship warranty will be described in the applicable proposal, contract, or warranty document.

Warranties apply only to work completed by Advanced Quality Roofing LLC. Repairs, alterations, modifications, or other work performed by third parties that affect our completed work may limit or void applicable warranty coverage.

​

Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, conditions, exclusions, registration requirements, and limitations.

​

Payment

Payment terms are stated on each estimate, proposal, contract, or invoice. Deposits may be required before scheduling work or ordering materials.

​

Final payment is due according to the agreed payment terms.

​

Changes to Scope

Any requested changes to the approved scope of work may require additional labor, materials, time, and cost. Significant changes will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
